SHIPPING + RETURNS
Jaime Rose Candle Co. accepts orders 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and we ship Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our candles are hand poured in small batches to ensure a high quality product with a strong fragrance throw. We aim to dispatch your order within 24hrs (or next business day) if they are ready to ship. Any made to order items may take 1-3 working days.
All our candles are shipped using Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 on all orders under 5kg and include tracking.
For orders over 5kg that need shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order and we will send you a shipping quote.
We offer free local pickup from Baldivis, WA. Please select ‘LOCAL PICKUP’ at checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect to arrange a pickup time.
We also offer free local delivery to Baldivis and surrounding suburbs within 15 kilometres for orders over $50.00. Please select ‘LOCAL DELIVERY’ at checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns if you have changed your mind so please choose carefully.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY
If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or does not match the description provided, please email us within 24hrs at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to provide adequate evidence of fault. We will then arrange an exchange or full refund (excluding postage).
While we do our best to pack your orders as secure as possible, once they leave for your destination they are then in the couriers hands. In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, Jaime Rose Candle Co. takes no responsibility for any damages that have occurred during transit.
